Asta Grigaitytė

Company: FinXP
I have more than a decade of experience in the financial industry, half of which was spent working on payment infrastructure at the Bank of Lithuania, where I focused on fintech and development of the SEPA retail payment system CENTROlink. Therefore, my diverse experience in the financial sector, working for different sides – regulator and fintech – allows me to see the whole picture of the European fintech market. I am also the ambassador to Lithuania at the European Woman Payment Network (EWPN) – a non-profit organisation dedicated to building a community for women in cards, fintech and payments in Europe. As the first and only pan-European women’s community, EWPN strives to create more opportunities for women and minorities and advocates for a more diverse and inclusive industry for all.
By mastering technologies I see Lithuania as a leading center of excellence in financial markets. Fintechs and this association must play a key role in this phenomenon in terms of networking and sharing experiences!
